Data Scientist, Decision Intelligence
The decision system of record is only as trustworthy as the engine behind it. You will own the science that turns several models' opinions into one calibrated, defensible recommendation, the part of Nexonomy a fast follower cannot copy.
What you will do
- Design and evaluate the multi-model advisory: how independent models reason over the same decision, where they agree, and how disagreement is surfaced rather than averaged away.
- Own the calibration behind our confidence vector and evaluation rubric, so a recommendation's confidence means something and holds up a year later.
- Build the evaluation harnesses and metrics that measure decision quality, and re-fit them as frontier models change.
- Work with engineering to take this from notebook to in-tenant production.
What we are looking for
- A strong applied ML or statistics background; you have shipped models or evaluation systems that real decisions depended on.
- Fluency with modern LLMs and how to ensemble, evaluate, and calibrate them.
- Rigor and intellectual honesty about uncertainty; we never paper over a weak signal.
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end.
Enterprise Account Executive
You will own Fortune 1000 relationships end to end and sell a new category to the people who make an enterprise's most consequential decisions. This is the revenue engine the raise is meant to scale.
What you will do
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder deals across the buying committee: the Chief Data and AI Officer, the CFO, the Chief Audit Executive, and the CISO.
- Land the watch-only proof of concept and expand it into production and across the enterprise.
- Translate "the decision system of record" into the language of each buyer's mandate.
- Partner with solutions and forward deployment so every proof of concept becomes a reference.
What we are looking for
- A track record closing six and seven figure enterprise software deals, ideally in data, AI, or governance and risk.
- The rare ability to sell a category that does not have a budget line yet.
- Credibility with senior, technical, and risk-minded buyers.
- A builder's mindset; you are early, and you will help shape the motion.
Head of Security & Trust
"Nothing leaves your tenant" is our central promise. You will own the security, compliance, and trust posture that makes a Fortune 1000 security team comfortable betting their reasoning on us.
What you will do
- Own our security program and drive the certifications enterprise buyers require, starting with SOC 2.
- Lead customer security diligence and stand behind the in-tenant, nothing-leaves architecture in front of CISOs and auditors.
- Set the standards for how we build, deploy, and operate inside customer environments.
- Make trust a product feature, not a checkbox.
What we are looking for
- Senior security leadership experience at an enterprise software or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on depth in cloud security, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security reviews.
- The ability to turn a strong security posture into a sales advantage.
- High integrity and plain-spoken honesty about what is and is not true today.
